How do I place an order?
Our women's boutique items are listed under clothing and jewelry. Simply select the correct size, color, etc. and add it to your cart. All equestrian items are made to order and subject to discussion in order to finalize pricing and product needs.
Shipping
We currently ship all orders via USPS. Due to some items being made-to-order, each order takes approximately 3-5 days to be made and get shipped. Once the order is shipped, it may take 5-7 business days to arrive based on your location and the postal service.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or customs delays.
Dappled is not responsible if you entered an incorrect shipping address. Once an order has shipped we are unable to stop a package or change the destination.
What if my order didn't arrive?
This happens from time to time. Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our location we rely on the mail carriers to deliver the packages in a timely manner. Delays can always happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be given for missing packages in the mail as this is out of our control.
Returns & Store Credit
We want to be sure you’re satisfied with every purchase from Dappled, so we offer no-hassle easy returns! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right! Read our return policy carefully to proceed with your return. Returns can be mailed to 2895 May Blvd. Suite 104 Southaven, Ms 38672. All returns will be for store credit only.
Returns are ONLY accepted within 14 days from our ship date or your in-store purchase date. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, odor free, and with original tags attached to the merchandise. If you use AfterPay on your purchase you will not be able to return or exchange your times until they are paid in full and this must still be done within the 14 day return window. Purses, Straps, Leggings/Jeggings, Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Eyewear, Shoes, Seasonal/Holiday Items, mahjong items, and Sale items are all final sale and CANNOT be returned. ALL hats (customized or not customized) are FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure to include the original packing slip or order number. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
After Pay/ Shop/ Sezzle Payments
If you make your purchase through a payment plan app you will not be able to return/exchange your items until they are paid IN FULL ( please note, payments may take 2-3 business days for us to receive and we will only consider the order paid in full until WE have received the payment on our end.) and this must still be done within the 14 day return window.
Mahjong Items
All Mahjong items and accessories are final sale. If you purchase a mahjong tile set and wish to exchange for a new set you can do so if the new tile set is of the same or higher price as the original purchase, this must be done within the 14 day window and with your original receipt in hand.

Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a Dappled store credit which can be used online.

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All exchanges need to be reordered on our website as a new order to secure your size.
You cannot return if:

It has been more than 14 days since the original purchase date.

If your purchase was on sale.

If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.

If the original tags are not attached.
Items returned not in compliance with our return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
